HyperGamy is built around the core engineering framework of Privacy by Design and Default:

• On-Device Local Computation: Where possible, core calculation algorithms, scoring formulas, and analytical evaluations run locally on your iOS hardware CPU/GPU/Neural Engine.
• Minimal Data Footprint: We only process data strictly essential for the core functionality of the HyperGamy app experience.
• Encrypted Transit & Rest: Any data communicated over network connections uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocol encryption. Storage on-device utilizes Apple-certified encryption keys.

Depending on how you configure and interact with HyperGamy, the following categories of information may be processed:

We process your information strictly for legitimate, declared operational purposes:

• Core Functionality: To calculate match dynamics, evaluate hypergamous parameters, and deliver custom user insights inside the app.
• Subscription Management: To verify active in-app purchase receipts and validate premium features via Apple StoreKit.
• Customer Support: To troubleshoot issues, answer support requests sent to our email, and publish operational updates.
• App Optimization: To fix bugs, prevent crashes, and enhance UI performance across modern iOS devices.

We deploy multi-layered technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

• Apple Keychain Protection: Sensitive user tokens, key settings, and active flags are stored inside Apple hardware-backed Keychain storage, protected by hardware AES-256 encryption.
• Biometric Authentication Safeguards: Integration with Apple Face ID and Touch ID where requested by the user ensures local access is restricted solely to device owners.
• Data Retention Period: Your user preferences remain stored on your physical device until you uninstall the app or perform an in-app data reset. We do not maintain remote user databases that store persistent historical records.

HyperGamy maintains strict isolation from third-party advertising ecosystems:

• Apple StoreKit: Utilized for securely processing in-app purchases and subscription receipts under Apple's standard Privacy Policy.
• No Ad Networks & No Tracking SDKs: HyperGamy does NOT contain Google AdMob, Meta/Facebook Pixel, ByteDance/TikTok SDKs, or any marketing tracking libraries.
• No Data Sharing for Advertising: We do not disclose, rent, or trade any personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You hold total authority over your personal information:

Because we do not store your user data on cloud database servers, there is no remote server record to request or delete — your device remains the sole owner of your data.

HyperGamy is designed exclusively for mature users and is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union and United Kingdom). If a parent or guardian discovers that a child has installed the app, uninstalling the application immediately removes all locally generated state. If you believe we have inadvertently processed information from a minor via support channels, please contact us immediately to request immediate deletion.

European Union (GDPR) & UK Residents:

Under GDPR, the legal bases for processing your data are: (1) Contractual necessity for app features & StoreKit subscriptions, and (2) Legitimate interest in maintaining security and app stability. You have the right to access, restrict, object to, or port your data.
